The Leasing Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective residents to drive occupancy and rent growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate with various internal teams to deliver an outstanding pre-leasing journey.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- An interest in the nuances of a customer's search criteria.
