You will be responsible for the overall performance relating to service, repairs and maintenance of the business. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, with a keen focus on increasing revenues and reducing costs.
What will your role look like?
Consistently deliver high levels of customer service in line with the 5-Star Customer Promise, while managing daily activities of the service, repairs, maintenance team, and handling complaints.
- Effectively manage and monitor the department's P&L, complete billing, and maximise gross profitability of all services
- Produce accurate reports to track completed works, meet deadlines, and evaluate revenue and costs
- Manage all service contracts in line with SLA requirements
- Participate in pricing parts, labour, and other charges, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date
- Assist with PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and accreditations
- Manage customer complaints and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) processes
| Full Time | Office Based | 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | £45,000 + Bonues (Up to 15%)
