Job Description
We are seeking a French or German (Fluent / Business Level) speaking candidate to join our clients finance team. This organisation boasts a massive team, in which progression is practically guaranteed.
This role is open to entry-level candidates, as training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities for the Credit Controller:
- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate records
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices, updating the financial system accordingly.
- Customer Relations: Liaise with clients to resolve any payment issues, disputes, or discrepancies.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to the company's credit policy and procedures, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve any billing issues and improve cash flow.
