Our client a well-established organisation, is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual committed to quality and service to join their expanding team in Park Royal as an Administrator. This role involves supporting various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Strictly adhering to established procedures and service agreements.
- Managing a variety of administrative tasks, including filing and responding to phone enquiries.
- Maintaining comprehensive training records and coordinating required courses.
- Creating sales orders and submitting them to the compliance team for thorough quality checks.
- Updating Excel management reports for distribution to customers.
- Overseeing daily engineering management, including the organisation, scheduling, and prioritisation of engineering tasks to support the Engineering Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass CRB
- Ability to pass Disclosure Scotland
