IT Support Technician - 1st Line Support
We're looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll provide essential support both remotely and on-site to a range of clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve general PC issues, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity problems
- Manage Office 365, Active Directory, and IP phone systems
- Perform installations of PCs, software upgrades, and anti-virus solutions
- Support for PCs, servers (Win10, Win11, 2012-2022), and Mac systems
- Assist with email and website hosting setup (Linux and Windows)
- Complete IT project work and service cancellations
What You'll Bring:
- Strong IT and problem-solving skills
- Confidence on the phone and excellent customer service
- Experience in outsourced IT support
- A passion for learning and development within IT
- Full UK driving licence (off-site work required)
Key Details:
- Salary: Up to £29,000
- Full UK driving licence required
