Electrician required
Location: Herefordshire and surrounding areas
Salary: up to £38,500 perm salary + Van and fuel provided
Venn Group are currently recruiting for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in the Herefordshire and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity is looking for candidates who have previous experience within social housing.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Working on both tenanted and void social housing properties
- General electrical response repairs and testing
- Carry out inspections and correct faults where required, completing jobs to the satisfaction of tenants in a single visit
- Undertake any remedial work required and EICR's
The successful candidate will have:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Qualifications 2391 testing and 18th edition required
- AM2/NVQ Level 3 beneficial
