Our client is a reputable and growing organisation with impressive offices on the outskirts of Thame. They have a new permanent opportunity in the Commercial team for a Sales Support Exec.
Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and updating sales and business development systems to capture updates.
- Managing the internal CRM system in discussion with internal team and ensure the system contains updated client and company information.
- Identifying prospective clients and opportunities.
- Assisting with evolving strategy for sales proposals, in discussion with the delivery team, and preparing sales proposals.
- Assisting with client on-boarding and the handover of new clients to the delivery team.
- Representing the company at external business development networking events.
- Making approaches to prospective clients.
- Managing relationships with prospective clients through the sales pipeline.
- Raising the company profile across the industry.
Candidates that apply should have previous experience in Sales Support or Account Management. You must be a strong communicator, with the ability to network and negotiate. You should also possess good administration and systems skills. You must have access to a vehicle as there will be some travel to different sites, meetings and events.
On offer is a base salary of 30-35k plus bonuses, benefits and hybrid working.
