Our client are seeking a motivated and self-starting Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic and ambitious team. In this role, you will further your experience in the preparation and execution of the sale and acquisition of businesses in various forms, including trade sales, private equity investments, debt-funded management buy-outs and sales to employee ownership trusts. Each project is unique, offering you the opportunity to gain experience across a diverse range of sectors.
You will have a great deal of freedom in your role and must be a highly motivated self-starter. As a small team, we value ambitious individuals who are naturally inquisitive and eager to understand the businesses they are advising. Much of your role will be client-facing, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions from start to finish, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, with support from the Partner/Director.
- Oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research on sales projects.
- Prepare and review financial analyses and reports in connection with due diligence assignments.
- Engage in business development opportunities, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Support pitch meetings with potential new clients.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
What We Are Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.
- Naturally inquisitive with the ability to see beyond the numbers.
- Articulate, sociable, and good with people.
- Previous management experience.
