Our client, a multinational investment bank, is now hiring a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to join their team on a contract basis until February 2025, with a possible extension, based in Belfast.

This role will be part of their talent acquisition team and crucial to their in-house sourcing team, sourcing technology, and global functions hires.
The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of on-site recruitment experience within a larger organization, ideally within banking sourcing tech or corporate services roles.
Duties
- Manage the talent sourcing process across EMEAA by partnering with managers and HR.
- Own the delivery of the talent candidate pipeline.
- Build a strong network of candidates.
- Conduct screening and engagements with candidates.
- Provide feedback to key stakeholders across EMEA.
- Be involved in continuous improvement projects.
Candidate Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of sourcing and on-site recruitment experience, ideally within banking.
- Expert knowledge of resourcing models.
- Experience within professional services, ideally larger organisations.
- Highly organised.
- Experience with end-to-end sourcing tools.
- Expert knowledge on sourcing via social media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
Hybrid working, 3-day in the office!
