A fantastic, specialist Family firm, known to us as a client for many years are keen to add an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to their already impressive specialist Family firm.
Based in well-equipped offices in an impressive setting, close to commuter links, the Legal Personal Assistant will benefit from working directly with the CEO to deliver a high quality range of Legal Secretarial and Personal Assistant Duties in Solihull.
Duties and responsibilities of the Legal Personal Assistant :
- Provide high level 1-2-1 support to the CEO in regards to Family Legal Secretarial Duties, and everyday Legal Personal Assistant Duties
- Extensive diary management
- Assisting the CEO with the daily secretarial duties such as managing bundles and typing
- Assists the CEO in providing them with effective and high quality support
- Undertakes all aspects of the role using the most appropriate tools and resources for the task to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates flexibility
- Ensures all work is undertaken in the correct priority order
- Ad Hoc admin duties
Skills Required:
- Extensive relevant experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal Personal Assistant
- Have a strong working knowledge of LEAP is advantageous
- IT literate with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Lync - Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
- Detailed and strong working knowledge of and high level of proficiency in billing
- Exemplary document management and filing
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Applies knowledge and judgement to solve problems and make decisions
