Are you a Mandarin or Cantonese speaker with IT support experience? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Central London. **Key Responsibilities
:
- Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, handling technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and equipment.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, setting up hardware, software, and access.
- Support internal teams in using IT resources effectively.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and support requests.
**Key Requirements
:
- 1-3 years of IT support experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.
- Prior experience in a Financial Services company or a bank is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues independently.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to work onsite Monday to Friday in Central London.
