In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and employers, offering timely and effective solutions to their queries. Here's what you'll be doing:

?? Managing inbound calls and ensuring a high level of service is delivered.

?? Applying rules and procedures to resolve a wide range of questions and concerns.

�? Listening attentively to understand member needs and directing them to the appropriate resolution.

?? Presenting value-added solutions tailored to each member's unique circumstances.

?? Meeting call quality and accuracy targets.

?? Participating in call coaching sessions for continuous improvement.

?? Developing your knowledge of pensions administration and our client's systems and processes.

??? Ensuring accurate data entry and following our client's Information Security policy.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are customer-focused, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
