Main Responsibilities of a Director of Infrastructure
- Define the Technology and Security strategy.
- Ensure the highest level of service and security delivery through the effective leadership of Infrastructure & Platform Support teams.
- Effectively lead, enhance and deliver the Group IT Infrastructure and Platform Support areas. This will involve the management of Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Development and Platform teams.
- Work with all key stakeholders to ensure successful transformation of the platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- Broad experience across IT & Infrastructure, including Telephony, Data and Cyber Security.
- Able to define and deliver effective IT strategies, with proven experience delivering key transformations.
- Excellent Leadership skills; able to coach and develop various technical teams
- Proven experience in SaaS Development & Management is highly desired
- Strong stakeholder and change management
