The role
You'll support the sales team in generating new sales growth for a leading Ultrasound equipment portfolio by providing clinical and technical support for our client's customers. Exceptional customer service will be your priority - you'll use your expertise to provide product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage.
Other responsibilities include:
- Oversee all post-sales customer product and application training
- Liaising with the Sales & Product Manager to ensure that the latest information is available for users, including attending international meetings
- Control the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
- Supplying feedback to the management teams
- Identifying and documenting all key influencers within your accounts
- Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers
- Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
- Creating supporting documentation for products including formal applications reports
The requirements
You'll have at least one year's experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment, as well as:
- Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
- Experience working within the commercial sector, with demonstrable customer service skills, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- A full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory
- Fast learner who is positive, driven, and keen to progress
- Driven, energetic and charismatic
