Major Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist for maternity cover working every other week in Solihull
Working hours: 0730am till 5pm
Pay r ate : 13.45
Start Date: 18.11.2024
Location: Shirley, Solihull B90
This role is a 6 months maternity cover , you will be required to work 1 week on and 1 week off shift pattern
Day to Day responsibilities:
- The person will be required to use keys
- Open the building in the morning
- Cover recepption
- Answer phones and operate a car park barrier as well as using a franking machine and postage on an ad hoc basis, plus booking meeting rooms.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
