Your new role
This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, general contractual litigation as well as some property litigation. The client list is extensive and is mainly focused around SME businesses as well as some larger corporates.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 4 years' pqe. You will have well round litigation skills and be able to provide commercial and pragmatic solutions to clients.
