Project Architect | Manchester City Centre | £37,500 - £47,500 DOE
Konker is recruiting an Architect to join one of Manchester's most successful, independently run RIBA Chartered practices. This practice has been growing for several years now, and due to ever-increasing demand for their services, they are looking to add new experienced members to the team.
Based in Deansgate, Manchester with public transport within easy walking reach, this practice of roughly 100 is looking to hire a Project Architect.
Ideally, you will be experienced in running projects from start to completion. Also, experience working within the Healthcare or Education sector would be a major benefit! Also, you'll need to be able to use Revit!
With adaptable working arrangements and a great hybrid working policy of up to 3 days at home, this practice provides great flexibility for their staff. They have recently upgraded to a brand-new office – making it a great working environment.
As a company, they have three departments, Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management.
They have grown over the last 5 years to not only one of Manchester's most successful architectural practices but also in the UK too. They can be considered leaders in the Healthcare and Educational sectors and this growth is expected to continue thanks to these sectors being very busy.
The Position: Project Architect
- Working on healthcare or education projects across the UK
- Salary is between £37.5K - £47.5K depending on previous experience.
