An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join a leading estate agency. In this role, you will negotiate between buyers and sellers, managing property viewings, and achieving sales targets.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate property surveys and energy assessments.
- Provide updates on new properties and market trends.
- Utilise CRM system for property listings and marketing.
- Qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties.
- Refer clients to mortgage services and conveyancers.
What we are looking for:
- Passion for the property market and sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Valid UK driving licence.
