A growing accountancy firm in the heart of London City is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team to support them with daily operations!
Your new role

  • Conducting meeting room checks on a daily basis.
  • Booking meeting rooms and making sure there are no clashes.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments.
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post.
  • Issuing/chasing invoices.
  • Ensuring the office is kept presentable at all times.
  • Inbox management.
  • Organising monthly statements and payments.
  • Setting up new client accounts.
  • Creating graphics for LinkedIn posts and posting content.
  • Updating websites and assisting with organising events.
  • Ensuring office policies are kept up to date.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role in administration.
  • The ability to travel to the office 5 days a week.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
