This is a unique opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving Group as aSenior Learning & Development Advisor, supporting the L&D team in the delivery of a high performing and impactful learning and development service to the ZIGUP Group.

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving performance, developing teams, and enhancing skills across a dynamic business? We are seeking a Senior Learning Advisor to manage and develop and deliver training programmes across a range of areas within the business.

As the Senior Learning Advisor, you will lead a team of three Learning Advisors, ensuring their alignment with company goals and supporting their professional growth. You will collaborate closely with management teams and HR/L&D departments to design and deliver training initiatives that enhance performance, increase productivity, and reduce attrition. You will also play a critical role in strategic projects and operational rollouts, ensuring that training is seamlessly integrated and supports broader business objectives.

What you'll do

  • Induction Programmes: Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programmes.
  • Training design and delivery: Create and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
  • Soft Skills & Values Training: Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a "Customer First" mindset.
  • Instructional Content Creation: Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.

About you

  • First and foremost, you'll have proven experience in managing learning and development programmes, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment.
  • You'll have demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers.
  • You will be passionate about developing others, capable of building relationships quickly and are able to communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have a strong background in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.
  • You will need to be confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • You'll have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data.
  • Having a relevant professional qualification and experience in fast-paced, Automotive environments will help you, because you will be expected to be able to demonstrate your specialist knowledge and skills in the development and delivery of training in the classroom, virtually, and through other digital platforms.
