Accounts Administrator

We are looking for someone hardworking to fill our account administrator role. Please review the list of responsibilities within this role below.

While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications, but do either have experience or determination and the will to learn.

Hours/Times: 40 hours per week / 9:00 to 17:00

Wages Structure: Minimum wage

Location: Swanley, Kent

The main job within this role will be purchase ledger, these roles include:

  • Matching of tickets to supplies invoices
  • Coding of supplier invoices
  • Entering of supplier invoices onto accounting system (we use Sage50)
  • Filing of supplier of invoices
  • Matching supplier statements
  • Preparing payment run for supplies
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Supplier ledger checks

You will also be required to deal with customer invoices, these roles include:

  • Matching customer tickets to invoices
  • Scanning in customer invoices to system
  • Emailing out customer invoices
  • Dealing with customer queries

Within this administration role, general office jobs are necessary, as followed:

  • Answering of phones
  • Filing
  • Stationery stock check & orders
  • Assisting with any requests ask by all of the office (accounts/transport & managers)

Skills preferred:

  • Computers Skills - Excel/Word/Outlook/Sage
  • Beginning qualifications in accounts
  • Communication Skills
  • Hardworking & eager to learn and progress
