Our client who is a global leader in the software sector, is seeking a Digital Designer, to be based from their office in Birmingham, where there is a hybrid working policy in place. The role will pay a competitive salary and benefits.
You will specialise in digital design for a wide range of materials for both external and internal audiences. Marketing, Social and product-focused design work that will help our clients SaaS products succeed. This role will be working outside of the product design remit. Working closely with the broader design, marketing and content team reporting to the Head of Design or Senior Design Personnel.
What is expected of the Digital Designer?
- Creating digital design work that helps support and push our clients' products, maintaining and increasing the level of design output across all mediums to the level expected for an aspiring and competitive digital SaaS product
- Create and update various supporting materials in line with thier exciting SaaS brand.
- Help build an unforgettable brand experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Can own the creative development process of all digital materials.
- Ensure that our branding is consistent and in line with our product's voice, tone and personality.
- Ability to research and pull on various visual design styles appropriate to the brand's goals.
- Use your knowledge of typography, colour theory and grid systems to create engaging graphic designs
What we look for in a Digital Designer?
- Ideally will have knowledge of the latest and greatest software products from a B2C and B2B markets with an understanding of where they fit in as a product and business point of view.
- Also has the knowledge of current design relevant design trends.
- The role requires a high level of graphical design skills formulating wants and needs from the designed audience and our client's stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate well and take on critical feedback
