We are looking for a Finalist or Newly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA), Commercial Accountant to join a Global Energy Giant as a Finance Business Partner. Paying £50-60k and based in Central London with hybrid working, this role will be working on an exciting new Nuclear Energy Project. This is an incredibly commercial position, business partnering with commercial teams, working on development plans, and managing both short- and long-term cash.
The Role
- Business partnering with a multitude of stakeholders and commercial teams and building strong working relationships.
- Assisting with funding requests and funding notices as well as reviewing board papers.
- Working closely with the risk and opportunities and trends committee.
- Review and collate planning, budgeting and forecasting information, focusing on challenging assumptions and decisions, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work closely with Project teams to create forward looking cash forecasts, to enable Equity to be called on time and protect cash liquidity of the Project.
Your Profile
- You will need to be a finalist or newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with a background in Project Finance, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
- We are ideally looking for those who can demonstrate a strong history of progression in their current roles/companies.
