My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to contribute to the significant growth of market share.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in warm-calling and account management of our existing client base.
- Conduct cold calling within a defined region to acquire new business clients.
- Build and maintain relationships and work alongside Business Development Managers (BDMs) on key accounts.
- Maintain accurate client information within our CRM system.
- Record details of prospects contacted and produce follow-up correspondence for sales leads.
- Assist in processing orders and creating multi-site orders for your manager.
- Provide effective day-to-day support to existing clients and manage workload with appropriate prioritisation.
- Perform ‘ad hoc' duties as required and comply with company policy and legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year's experience in sales generation, new business, and account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in phone-based communication.
- High level of drive and self-motivation.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and a team-player mentality.
- Computer literacy, with CRM experience being an advantage.
