Lean Manager Responsibilities
- Support production management, lead Root Cause Analysis, and drive change management.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, focusing on on-time, in-full performance.
- Monitor production metrics, implement improvement initiatives, and use Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Foster a positive, communicative, and supportive work environment.
- Uphold safety standards and practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lean Manager Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Lean Manager or similar.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and MS Excel.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
