General Affairs Coordinator

We are recruiting for a General Affairs Coordinator to join our Tamworth based client.

Your role will be to support all areas of the business in General Affairs and provide administrative support to the Facilities department. Duties and responsibilities would typically include; ordering of stationary and sundries, company fleet, invoicing, facilities contract and maintenance and taking the lead on event organisation such as the Christmas Party. You'll work closely with the Business Support Team to delivery company benefits and drive employee engagement.

Details:

  • Salary: £28, 000 - £29, 950 + £1, 610 lunch allowance (in addition to basic salary)
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm
  • Location: Tamworth
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of General Affairs Coordinator:

  • Responsible for the day- to-day organisation of the site administrative and organisational tasks
  • To manage the Company vehicle fleet according to internal policy with timely renewal of vehicles
  • To manage the business annual insurances policy renewal ensuring Company meets legal requirements
  • To administer Employee benefits packages such as travel insurance and ECS schemes, in line with UK policies
  • Book Business Support invoices on the system (Xsuite) and assist the manager with budget control
  • Taking care of supply management and maintenance, office stationery & equipment
  • Maintain relationships with service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors
  • To arrange meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering, lunches, VIP visits, etc.
  • Arrangement of special events and occasions; Christmas Party, Corporate events, Charity events
