Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervising the sales ledger team and ensuring smooth operations
  • Managing all sales ledger activities including invoicing, receipts, and credit control
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports
  • Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve any financial queries
  • Training and supporting team members for their professional development
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and client information

Profile

The successful Sales Ledger Supervisor requires:

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the Accounting and Finance department
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
