Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

MAR Vehicle Solutions Ltd is part of the fast growing VMS Automotive Group offering a range of services comprising of Contract Hire & Fleet Management, Accident Management as well as offering Maintenance Services from our inhouse workshops and a leading provider of transport refrigeration systems, air conditioning solutions and converting panel vans into commercial, refrigerated vehicles. VMS Automotive operate nationwide with workshops and vehicle hire sites throughout the UK with our Head Office based in Stevenage and our Operations centre based in Bury St Edmunds.

As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for additional team members to join our team to help us continue providing outstanding service to our customers.

Job Description and Key Tasks:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our site in Bridgend. If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding career with unlimited earnings potential, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales within the local market and maximising business opportunity within the area, promoting the brand and services available to both existing and prospective customers on behalf of a leading manufacturer. You will play a key role in contributing to the success of the sales operation. Taking into account the nature of this role, you will be required to achieve targets set by the management team whilst delivering the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Whilst it is not crucial that you have previous experience in the automotive industry, demonstrable and proven experience in sales is important to us. Your influencing and relationship building skills should be first class with a desire to succeed and achieve set targets in what will be a fast paced, commercial sales setting.

You must have a full UK driving license to be considered for this opportunity.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in commercials sales preferred**.**
  • Build an excellent working relationship with local businesses, to gain future business
  • Develop, maintain, and pursue working relationships and increase business opportunities with local companies
  • To drive the MAR Vehicle Solutions forward in the local area
  • To deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction, guaranteeing loyalty and advocacy amongst the companies' customers
