In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency, and post sales paperwork complete with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about our renewable energy products and services.
- Process post sales paperwork
- Maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with other departments

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry advatageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
