Finance Manager

Base salary: £75,000-£85,000

Location: London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to take charge of their Accounting and Financial operations for a high-growth scaleup on a great trajectory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create automated systems that scale, making a significant impact on the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Accounting and thrive in a startup/scaleup environment. This is a hybrid role that is based in London.

What you'll do:

  • Own the accounting and financial operations function and work closely with external accounting partners.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation process.
  • Support planning/forecasting and develop financial models.
  • Build metrics dashboards and provide strategic insights to improve operational performance.
  • Business partner with senior management to support strategic decision making.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in Accounting
  • Experience working within a startup/scaleup environment
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent skills in data visualization and report preparation
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification preferred
  • Experience with US accounting is a plus
