About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community. In this role, you will provide essential academic support and intervention to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will work closely with the Science department, helping students to achieve their full potential in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Key Responsibilities: Science Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Assist in delivering high-quality science lessons alongside experienced teachers.
- Provide one-on-one and small group intervention to students who need additional support.
- Help prepare lesson materials and resources to enhance student learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and students.
- Support students in developing effective study habits and exam techniques.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Earn £108 per day/ £540 per week plus additional benefits
About You: Science Graduate Teaching Assistant
- A recent graduate with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related subject.
- A strong passion for science and education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to student learning.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
