Job Overview:
4Leisure has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lifeguard within a fantastic leisure facility with a huge range of facilities on offer! This position offers flexible working options, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the safety of swimmers while being part of a dynamic and inclusive team. The work is available immediately with a variety of casual, part time or up to full time hours for you to pick from each week!
Salary: £13.45 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing accidents and responding promptly to emergencies.
- Supervise and oversee all swimming activities.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from pool users.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong swimming ability.
- NPLQ certificate (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
