We are working with a public sector organisation, who are looking for a Project Manager to deliver on an implementation project to bring in a customer service function back in house. You must be based within a commutable distance to Portsmouth to be able to collaborate with the team 2 or 3 days a week.
They are looking for someone with experience either implementing a CRM, or case management system or a telephony system into an organisation. A fantastic organisation to work for, you will be working alongside the digital team, PMO team and customer service teams all collaborating on bringing back local functionalities to the organisation.
Role and responsibilities:
- Previously worked to deliver new IT software solutions, or worked with customer services/customer experience (CRM/telephony)
- You will have managed projects through the software development lifecycle (inception, business case, procurement, requirements gathering, development, testing and implementation).
- You will have strengths in project planning, prioritisation and delivery
- Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Experience working on complex business change/improvement, and I.T service transition projects
- If you have experience coordinating a system procurement this will be an added benefit
Further details:
- Salary between £49,500-£53,500
- Flexible working, 2or 3 days site near Portsmouth
- 12-18 month Fixed Term Contract
