Our client, facilitate a niche industry within engineering and they are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join their busy team!
Sales Co-Ordinator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with and processing of sales orders, enquiries, queries and quotes
- Progressing sales orders and liaising with customers regarding product specifications, order detail, delivery, and special arrangements
- Maintenance of customer orders and customer data files on SAP and Google-Docs
- Regular liaison with customers building great customer relationships
- Production of regular reports to support the sales function of the business
- Attend regular sales meetings, assisting with trade shows as directed
- General office / secretarial duties including answering the phones, prepare and distribute marketing materials
- Undertake basic accounting tasks as directed and price lists review
The ideal Sales Co-Ordinator will:
- Customer Service Experience
- GCSE Math's & English or equivalent
- SAP/ ERP/ CRM knowledge is preferable
- Be Computer literate in all Microsoft products essential
- Previous experience of working as a customer service/administrator in either a sales, manufacturing or production environment
- Previous experience of working in a finance role would also be considered
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4.30pm
