We have partnered with a highly successful and rapidly growing sales organisation based in Birmingham City Centre.

An exciting opportunity has now become available for a driven and motivated Operations Executive to join their vibrant and experienced team. This is a full-time permanent role, based onsite Monday-Friday at their Birmingham branch, with easy access thanks to range of transport links.

In this fast- paced role, you will support the Senior Leadership team with the day to day running of the office and be responsible for everything from office and facilities maintenance to diary management for senior stakeholders and driving change across the branch.

The role would suit an individual from a similar background who thrives off having variety in the role and has a high level of attention to detail.

To be considered for the role of Operations Executive you must have:

  • Experience within an Operational or Office Manager role, ideally in a sales environment.
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Confidence in influencing/ driving change across a large team.
  • A natural ability when it comes to building strong long- lasting relationships.
  • A CIPD qualification is desirable.

An overview of the Operations Executive role Includes:

  • Oversee the efficient day to day running of the branch.
  • Diary management for Senior Management Team.
  • Develop policies and implement procedures to influence change across the branch.
  • Provide support to the Senior Management Team to ensure the company delivers against objections.
  • Facilities maintenance and ordering office supplies.
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure all enquiries and queries are managed effectively.
  • Organise team events and away days.

Key Information about the Operations Executive role Includes:

  • Salary of £35,000 - £45,000.
  • Full-time permanent role based onsite.
