I am working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for a PMO Manager to join their well established team in Glasgow. You will be working on a number of business critical technology projects which cover the UK and Europe. This is a 12 month initial contract with the opportunity for extension and will be based in their Glasgow offices 3 days per week.
What will you be doing?
- Support standardization and consistency in projects, risk management processes and procedures, and ensure adherence to company tools and applications.
- Produce technical plans and specifications with associated assumptions, dependencies, risks & issues.
- Be a clearing house for emerging issues and requirements and manage them to resolution.
- Track status and progress and ensure smooth delivery into a front to back test environment.
Essential Experience:
- Previously worked as a PMO Manager in the Financial Services Industry, ideally on technology projects
- Experience working with MS Projects, PowerBI, and SharePoint
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
