Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client in North Oxfordshire to recruit a dedicated part-time Administrator to join their headquarters. This is a fantastic chance for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is seeking a varied role.
The Administrator will manage the sites reception, ensuring a seamless and professional first impression. It is a pivotal role in managing a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and supporting the office's operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Front desk management - providing a warm welcome to visitors and ensuring it is presentable
- Handling and answering calls and directing when required
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
- Assist with the ordering and maintaining of office supplies, equipment and uniform
- Sorting and distributing post
This is a part time role that will cover 22.5 hours per week with full days on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
The salary for this role is up £25,000 per annum (FTE) subject to experience.
