Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and hard-working Administrator to join a great client of ours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive role, handling a variety of administrative tasks to assist directors, senior management, and other departments.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist directors and senior management with daily administrative tasks including booking travel and accommodations, managing emails, and handling ad hoc office tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all new lettings enquiries and manage tenant complaints and queries.
- Liaise with the maintenance team and contractors to organise maintenance jobs.
- Handle company communications such as answering calls, distributing messages, and managing post.
- Manage company fleet, order stationery, and maintain the filing system.
- Support the manager with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the office by coordinating with cleaners, security, and maintenance teams.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, updating spreadsheets, printing emails, and filing.
- Assist the Group Solicitor with administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Organised with a friendly attitude.
- Proficient in minute taking and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential.
