Position: Teaching Assistant

An average day as a Teaching Assistant will look like:
- Assist in setting up the classroom and preparing teaching materials for the day's lessons.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to reinforce lessons and support their individual learning needs.
- Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, encouraging good behaviour and pupil engagement.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable. Experience with diverse learning needs and abilities will be an asset.
- A strong educational background, ideally with relevant qualifications in child development, education, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with pupils, teachers, and parents.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of pupils and the dynamic nature of the school environment.
