This will be working for a leading Facilities Services & Managing Agent company based in the heart of Stratford.
The portfolio is made up of 66 residential buildings next to Stratford station which is split into 3 estates.
Day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- General maintenance
? Repairs
? General upkeep of the properties.
? Plumbing issues
? Painting and decorating
? Changing door locks
? Fitting cabinets/shelves
? Minor electrical issues
? Lifting furniture, and general DIY
? Occasional pick-ups and deliveries.
