Personal Assistant/Administrator

Location - Remote (Must be able to travel to Epping occasionally)

Our client is looking for a strong organised team member, who is happy to do a wide variety of tasks, which include duties that are required both professional and personally.

Day to day?

PA/OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Inbox Management: Oversee the Directors inboxes, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Task and Project Prioritisation: Assist in scheduling, task management, and prioritisation, ensuring key projects stay on track.
  • Team Liaison: Be the primary point of contact for colleagues to enable the Directors dynamic working style, personal preferences, and availability.
  • Communication: Draft and manage emails and other communications on behalf of the Directors.
  • HR Support: Manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, and staff queries.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Compliance: Ensure office policies and legal requirements are followed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, communications, and document preparation.
  • Strict Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Personal Life: Occasionally be tasked with organising family schedules, purchasing gifts etc...

FINANCE DUTIES:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain financial records, process accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budget creation, monitor expenses, and forecast cash flow.
  • Payroll: Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure tax compliance.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Handle invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial records comply with regulations, assist with audits and tax filings.
