This is an exciting opportunity for a talented graphic designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a passion for creating engaging visual experiences. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the business's brand identity and will be responsible for creating a range of graphic materials, enhancing the customer experience, whether that be through social media, printed collateral or adverts.
Location: Skegness, fully office-based
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 – Dependent on experience
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, although there may be some flexibility required on occasion
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and producing a diverse range of materials including promotional banners, digital graphics, printed collateral, events and merchandise
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand consistency across all platforms
- Project managing and ensuring deadlines are met
- Content creation for social media platforms
- Create and maintain style guides and design standards to be used across the business
ABOUT YOU
Firstly, we'd love to see a portfolio that highlights your recent work, demonstrating your creative flair, eye for detail, and passion for graphic design.
Secondly, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adept at managing your workload independently while embracing a collaborative team dynamic.
- A few years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role
- A degree in Graphic Design is desirable but not essential
- Fully confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
- The ability to translate complex ideas into graphic design
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills
