Commercial Lawyer – Local Authority – Midlands – Remote Working – Full Time– Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
An opportunity has arisen to assist a Council based in the Midlands. The Council are open to speaking with experienced Commercial Lawyers to take over an existing caseload of Commercial Contracts and Procurement matters within a supportive, experienced team.
In this role, you will be providing advice and assistance on all legal aspects of procurement, tenders and contracts including interpretation, drafting, contract management, disputes, and termination. You will be providing expert legal advice and support on a variety of commercial contracts and procurement matters and negotiating funding agreements.
The Council are looking for someone to join the team on a full-time remote working basis but will also consider candidates that can offer 4 days per week remotely.
This role is for an hourly rate of up £60 per hour Umbrella and is ideal for a candidate that either has experience of supervising a team or would like to do this in their next role.
