Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: York
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
- Ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate with commercial risks identified.
- Accurate monthly forecasting and the ability to challenge resources and costs.
- Be responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting.

The complete shop fitting service provider, servicing companies from design to instillation for nearly 20 years.
The Candidate
- Educated to HND / Degree Level in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Role.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Construction and Contract Law.
- CSCS Card.
