This education focussed IT support company has an opening for an IT Engineer to maintain, support and develop school networks across the boroughs of Barnet and Ealing primarily with 1 school in Islington.

A full time post but could also be term time only if that suits you. 8-4pm onsite with 1hr for lunch

You'll get 20 days, plus bank, plus Christmas Break off (so @ 31 days in total) and you'll usually be a whole day in 1 school (no lunch time commutes), although you will need to be flexible especially when taking part in projects with other colleagues and to meet at the annual company day.
There's also the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader or Whole Borough Leader over time.
But mostly you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems and set ups, from core IT to AV, CCTV, access control etc and be part of project and rollout new kit with other team members.
You'll be required to effectively plan your day and manage clients, meeting deadlines and remaining the cool and collected IT support engineer, in sometimes pressurised situations.
You'll have a good grounding of knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Office, 365, Ideally Google workspace and Windows 10/11 and Server 2016+.
Education sector experience is a must I am afraid, as will be the ability to undertake a suitable DBS clearance.
