The Job
- Develop a growth roadmap for a Global Client's Retail Media (Criteo, Citrus, Amazon), focusing on strategic retailer investments.
- Optimise the Client's retail accounts, proactively seeking tactical and strategic improvements & optimisation.
- Refresh the Client's retail account structure for top-notch efficiency - work alongside Criteo & Citrus specialists to support account growth & success
- Lead the delivery of client and team deliverables, mentoring junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to channel best practices and contribute to Search best practices.
- Build strong relationships with Client's stakeholders, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with account managers for growth.
You
- Experience using retail media platforms (including Criteo & CItrus)
- Proven experience in successfully running campaigns on retail media networks.
- Experience in planning and executing larger-scale Search campaigns, preferably involving multiple products or a range of brands.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines while efficiently managing multiple campaigns
- Excellent skills in building and managing client relationships.
- The ability to lead and inspire team members positively.
