Our client is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to provide excellent facilities management for their Start Well Children's Centres. ?? About the Role:
? As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities in and around the buildings are in pristine condition, safe, secure, and clean at all times. Your duties will include general repairs, manual handling, and the upkeep of the buildings. Additionally, you will report any maintenance issues and conduct fire safety and general health and safety checks. With borough-wide travel across centres, an essential car user allowance is provided.
�? Working Hours:
? The team operates on a flexible shared shift rota between the hours of 7 AM and 6:30 PM, with some later opening times up until 9 PM and some Saturday shifts.

? We are seeking someone with a flexible and responsive approach who can ensure our client's service buildings provide a safe and healthy environment for all service users. You should be organised, committed, and dedicated to delivering the best possible facilities. As a part of a team, your ability to work flexibly and cover other centres as needed is essential. Your professional and friendly manner will reflect the values of our client.
