JUNIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Swanley, BR8
Salary: OTE £27k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful local independent Estate Agency, based in Swanley, are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual who is looking to become a Sales Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, have excellent customer service skills, may previously have had telephone sales experience and thrive in a targeted environment; you will be ambitious, self-motivated and work well in a team.
Previous experience in residential sales, lettings or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

Skills: The skills required for this Junior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experience in Estate Agency or Sales / Customer facing role
- Sales experience beneficial
- High level of customer service

- Driving license essential
