HR Project Partner

This prestigious professional membership body is looking to recruit an experienced HR Project Partner to support delivery of the full range of the organisation's HR functions, with particular emphasis on developing innovative policy and leading key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement forward-looking HR policy based on best practice.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and precedent, coordinating responses and altering existing HR policy as appropriate.
  • Map, analyse, and streamline existing HR processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and develop training tools and materials in conjunction with organisational development colleagues.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to degree standard, or equivalent.
  • CIPD qualified, or equivalent HR qualification or HR experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of HRM principles and employment legislation, including experience with managing ER caseload.
  • Experience of developing HR policy and of leading related people projects, in line with project management methodologies.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK when required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • c£52,750 pro rata.
  • Full-time, fixed-term contract, due to start in early January and last until the end of December 2024.
  • Based in Central London office, with provision for remote working for part of the week.
