An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Financial Controller to work for this dynamic tech company. As FC you will be responsible for overseeing global financial operations and your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for financial planning and analysis
- Liaising with senior managers regarding annual operating budgets and reporting
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including consolidation and analysis
- Monthly and annual forecasts, including cash flow projections
- Responsible for detailed reviews and explanations of forecasts against actual results
- Overseeing day to day accounting, recording and reporting activities
- Managing the potential transition from current accounting software to online software
- Overseeing the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
- Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
- Managing monthly payroll processing, including RTI and pension reporting
- Preparing financial reports for investors and stakeholders and assisting in raising capital
- Contributing to the company's financial strategy as a member of senior management
- Providing financial insights to support business growth and development
- International operations management
You will be a qualified Accountant, have strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in senior accounting and financial management roles. International experience would be advantageous.
